Order Tracking

  • For all orders, just click on the link in your confirmation email. Unfortunately tracking is not available for approved international deliveries.

International

  • If ordering outside USA and Canada, please Contact Us for approval. If you're shipping to a country outside the US, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office.


30 Day Return Policy

  • Please contact us at 1-800-738-7139 or via email at returns@pethealthusa.com for a return authorization number. You will then receive an email with return instructions. Please include your invoice on your return and reason for returning within 30 days of purchase. If invoice is not available, please include your customer name, reason for returning and order number.

    All returns need to be sent with a delivery confirmation and/or tracking number, in order to be processed. Buyer assumes all return shipping cost, unless merchandise is being exchanged for similar item. Full refunds (based on purchase price) will be processed on unopened merchandise in original packaging. If merchandise has been opened, and/or tags removed, a 20% restocking fee will be charged as we process an approved return. All returns will be processed within 7 business days after receiving unopened merchandise.
